The Canton Fair 2020 Spring Session Will be Held Online from May 15th – 24th

Due to the coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic, the 127th China Import and Export Fair / Canton Fair Spring Session was postponed to June 15th – 24th for a period of 10days, and will be held online. Originally the spring session includes 3 phases with each of session focusing on different products, normally lasting from April 15th to May 5th every year starting from 1957. But now, for the Spring Session 2020, there’ll be no 3 phases but all product categories exhibiting in the same 10days.
Buyers and exhibitors can all login through the portal provided in official website of Canton Fair (http://www.cantonfair.org.cn/en) or by installing its official application for mobile devices (app name: Canton Fair). With this online platform, buyers and exhibitors can discuss and exchange opinions 24hours within this 10days from June 15th to 24th. A highlight for this Online Canton Fair is that a 10×24 live broadcast studio is provided for each exhibitor, with which exhibitor can present or demonstrate their products better, and have video chat with customers either privately or not.
According to the recent news, the organizer is helping about 2,5000 exhibitors to adapt themselves for the online fair, and has sent out invitations to about 400,000 overseas buyers that used to visit the fair.
